When will you send out my order?
We aim to dispatch items on the same or next working day whenever possible, by Royal Mail or courier, depending on the option you chose from those available as your checkout.
In order that we can get your order to you as soon as possible we reserve the right to substitute the delivery method at our discretion.
We sell through different outlets such as eBay & Amazon and so stock levels may not be totally accurate at all times. We will contact you to keep you updated if there is a slight delay should we be waiting for a delivery.
Where do you post to?
We can post within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) as standard. This includes the Scottish Highlands, although delivery may take slightly longer. We can not post to PO Boxes. Delivery for Channel Islands is by Royal Mail only so please select this option at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we only ship within the UK as standard. For international delivery please contact us and we will get a quote for delivery.
Can I collect in person?
Yes, we’d love to meet you! Collections can be made from Worthing, West Sussex. Please select the ‘free collection’ option at the checkout and choose your method of payment as usual. We’ll email you with further details.
What is your returns policy?
Please contact us if you need to return an item. We accept returns under the following conditions. Please note: the buyer is responsible for return carriage.
Contact us for authorisation within 7 days of receipt.
Item must be unopened and received by seller in a good resellable condition.
Item must be returned within 10 days of authorisation.
A refund will be issued for the product/s (not including shipping) shortly thereafter via the original payment method.
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us and we will arrange collection of the incorrect item and send the replacement as soon as possible.
